Depending upon the type of program, we welcome startups anywhere from Idea to Pre Series Stage. For Co-Pilot program TRL 1 to TRL 5 is the ideal fit whereas in AIF partnered accelerator,
we prefer to have startups with PoCs and early traction.
We do not charge advisory / incubation / acceleration equity against participation in cohort. Equity is taken only against the investment for which valuation is decided case to case.
Co-pilot program offers upto INR 1 Cr to selected startups, while AIF Partnered program offers funding from INR 1 Cr to INR 10 Cr depending upon cohort thesis.
We primarily focus on Indian startups, but do consider exceptional international deeptech startups depending upon thesis of the cohort. The startup must be registered in India or commit to Indian incorporation before program commencement.
The program requires full-time commitment from both co-founders in the 1st week Induction following which it goes virtual. The accelerator partnership promises curated business opportunities,
networking, Leadership hiring support and strategic guidance on regular basis. Founders will have choice to participate in domestic and global demo day.
While we do not directly provide follow-on funding, we actively support your fundraising journey through our dedicated portfolio investment desk which drives investor introductions,
pitch preparation, and close handholding for follow on rounds. Sanchi Connect holds one of the strongest fundraising desk for deep tech startups in early to growth stage of revenues.
Yes, having existing funding is not a barrier. In fact, startups with some initial traction and funding often benefit greatly from our program. We have worked with startups ranging from bootstrapped to those with seed funding. Our value lies in mentorship, network access, and corporate partnerships beyond just funding.
We provide feedback to all shortlisted applicants who qualifies the interview stage. You can re-apply in the next cohort after addressing the feedback. We also offer office hours and community access to promising startups, even if they are not selected for the current cohort.
The program is hybrid with both virtual and in-person components. Core workshops and mentor sessions can be attended virtually, but we strongly encourage in-person participation for networking events, demo days, and intensive workshop weeks. Our co-working space is available for all cohort members throughout the program.
We look for startups with significant technology differentiation and IP potential irrespective of sectors.
We receive 500-2000 applications depending upon sector / theme of the cohort and select 4-8 startups, making our acceptance rate <1%. We prioritize technology innovation, team capability, market potential, and coachability.
Strong applications typically have a clear problem statement, technical differentiation, initial traction, and a committed founding team.
Selected startups are announced for grant disbursement under Catalyst For Impact.
These top ventures move ahead to receive support for scaling their impact.
